Height: 171 cm Takizawa is a Rank 2 Ghoul Investigator. A classmate of Akira Mado at the Academy, he is partnered with Kousuke Houji and assigned to the 20th ward to investigate the Gourmet. He greatly respects Kishou Arima and Koutarou Amon and admires their achievements. Though he was declared among the casualties of the raid in the 20th Ward, it is revealed that he had actually survived as artificial one-eyed ghoul. He is now a member of Aogiri Tree. As an artificial one-eyed ghoul, he is known as Owl. After betraying Aogiri and killing Tatara, Takizawa reunited with Akira Mado, and became a member of Ken Kaneki's organization, Goat.
