説明

Height: 167 cm Head of the Media Relations Division at Border Headquarters. As a spokesperson, he handles all forms of media, working to improve Border’s public image, manage crises, and cover up sensitive issues. It is largely thanks to his behind-the-scenes maneuvering that there are so few anti-Border groups in Mikado City. Given his position, he is deeply concerned about anything that might damage Border’s reputation. He is also willing to engage in underhanded tactics to protect the organization.
