A portly, morbidly obese intelligence operative, he rose through the ranks of Millenion with Brandon and Harry. (When he first meets Brandon and Harry, he is of a much smaller size.) After Harry’s ascension to the head of the organization Bob sat as one of the Big Four under Harry.
