説明

A scientist, who had gone into rage after series of failure to create a weapon that could defeat the Fog. He realize the problem lies on the limitation of the human brain. After that, he went into another research to create a superhuman being, which created Makie Osakabe. The research was a costly one as only Makie was the only surviving artificial being of the 109 fetus.
