The underboss of the Inada Group, and the initial supplier of Washizu's victims. He, along with Yasuoka, sets up the death match between Akagi and Washizu, hoping to use Akagi as an assassin to bring down Washizu once and for all. For this purpose, he bets his own arm on the outcome of the match.
