Teacher of Yumeji's class. He has an obsession with rice-balls and encourages people to work towards their dreams. He is the vessel of Mistletine. He's sadistic and cruel who loves building up people's hopes and dreams only for the satisfaction of crushing them. He is the main villain in the series towards the end.
