Height: 172.72cm He is the leader of "Welter" (The Guardians)—the self-governing body of "Feste" (The Castle) located on "Mermaid," an artificial island where those infected with the Armed Virus are quarantined—and refers to himself as "Boku." Known as "Gouverneur" (The Governor), he wears a white, high-collared military-style uniform. As the only male on the island, he possesses both charisma and striking good looks; addressed as "Akira-sama," he is the object of admiration for the island's girls—including Shojo Mamori, who admires him enough to have a poster of him in her room. In reality, she hails from the wealthy "Hiiragi Zaibatsu" (conglomerate). She had entered the island disguised as a male under orders from her mother, Yui. Although she has a busty figure, she binds her chest tightly while in male disguise; however, she occasionally ventures out secretly wearing a long-haired wig and feminine clothing (she also wore her hair long before coming to the island).
