Nationality: East German Affiliation: Nationale Volksarmee Rank: Oberleutnant (1st Lt.) The Schwarzesmarken’s Maintenance Chief, leading a group of a dozen or so maintenance workers. Otto can be relied on to fix any TSF machine that breaks down and helps Irisdina with tweaks to the MiG-21PF. Otto is a World War II survivor and one of the more laid-back of the personnel on Bebersee base.
