He is the Pontiff of Holy Hilk Kingdom, and the mastermind behind the suppression and eradication of the Elves and Beastmen, along with destruction of many Kingdoms. He is actually a Wanderer just like Arc who had arrived in the Other World over 100 years ago, and believes that the World he is in now is a "PACC" based virtual world.
