Commander/gunner of the Panzer II Ausf.F flag tank. Blue Division High School is not allowed to engage in official Senshado matches, and they only have a guerrilla Senshado team made up of volunteers. El is the leader of this underground organization, and she has a bold, dynamic, and quick-witted personality. Each member of Blue Division is influenced by El's personality to a greater or lesser degree. She loves surrealism and ahi tuna.
