Hector is one of the Witches of Sin, being the Warlock of Melancholy. He has a negative personality, usually expressing his negativity in words. Hector has some form of relation with Echidna. He also wears a outfit similar to that of Roswaal's Hector's main ability is "Authority of Melancholy". With this authority, Hector is able to create a force that is able to crush living beings and magic. While on paper this ability seems simple, it was enough to easily overpower the original Roswaal and cause severe injuries to him. Roswaal who is extremely powerful and one of the strongest mages of all time.
