Niikura is Nagumo's best friend and roommate. Nagumo constantly asks her for money. She is more responsible than Nagumo, but her constant dealing with Nagumo's antics has left her with a short temper. She owns a yellow scooter that she rides around the City. She is an aspiring photographer.
