L. L. Audun was a NEXT with Hundred Power, considered by some to be the most powerful NEXT ever. He was not permitted to be a hero by the Judicial Agency due to the fact that his father was a criminal (both a wise and sorely discrimitory law), so he worked as a rogue hero. He was Mr. Legend's greatest rival and one of the greatest criminals alive, defeating 17 heroes in his lifetime. In NC 1962, Audun challenged Mr. Legend to a duel where he was defeated and arrested.
