He is one of four Shin'nuchi rank in the Arakawa School. He currently is the master of 5 pupils: Kyoji Arakawa, Maikeru Arakawa, Koguma Arakawa, Guriko Arakawa and Akane Osaki. He is a serious person with his work, he is usually very kind to people and very strict with his students, despite that he has great affection for them.
