Requests are reviewed manually and answered through available support channels.

For faster handling, include:

• the VORTEX page URL related to the request;
• a description of the issue or request;
• expected behavior for technical issues;
• a screenshot, title id, or stream id when available;
• proof of authority for rights-holder or DMCA requests.

For playback issues, prefer the broken video report button on the watch page. It attaches the report to the exact stream id.

For removal requests involving materials or links, use the DMCA page procedure. Incomplete requests may require clarification.
