VORTEX Privacy Policy

To provide playback features, VORTEX also stores watch lists, favorites, ratings, reviews, comments, friends, notifications, and watch history with episode position.

• save playback progress, lists, ratings, and player preferences;

• respond to comments, questions, and requests;

We take privacy seriously. Passwords are not stored in plain text, and access to user data is limited to the technical needs of operating the service.

VORTEX does not use advertising trackers.

Search, ingest, and playback may call external APIs, links, HLS streams, or embedded players. Those providers may receive network data and process it under their own policies.

VORTEX does not store video files on its own servers and does not control the privacy practices of external sources.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, handle requests, and comply with legal obligations.

When an account is deleted, personal data may be removed or anonymized except where retention is required by law, service security, or rights-request handling.
