Description
The wife of Seido Hishigata and mother of Sou Hishigata and Tokiko Hishigata. She is diagnosed with an unknown illness, leaving her unable to move around without a wheelchair. It is revealed later in the series that the current Chitose Hishigata is a copied shadow and the orginal is deceased. This was part of deal that Seido Hishigata made with Haine where he himself would be turned into a shadow so the couple could live on forever.
