Description
The second-in-command of Shishitoren. Donning monk's working clothes and a pair of Japanese geta, Togame's eyes hide behind a pair of sunglasses as he talks at a slow tempo and pace. He possesses a cruel and unforgiving personality. He faithfully carries out Tomiyama's belief that weaklings don't belong in Shishitoren even if they were already members of the group.
