Description
Neil is in charge of general affairs for the student council at Serendia Academy. He is the son of Baron Maywood, a member of the "family of mediators" who mediate and negotiate on various matters. He is in his second year at the same high school as Monica. He is gentle, friendly, and earnest. Although he can be easily influenced, he is an active member of the team behind the scenes.
