Description
One of the Tenjiku executives. Former childhood friend to Takemichi Hanagaki, Kakucho, or Kaku for short, was very weak originally. Kaku was nearly shot to death by Tetta Kisaki, however Izana Kurokawa jumped in front of the bullets to save him.
