Description
A policeman who works at a policebox, and Mabu's partner. He and Mabu are the one responsible for murdering suspected criminals and extracting their desire, creating Kappa Zombies in the process. He worked for the Otter Empire He is later killed by Toi Kuji, and brought back to life when Keppi fused with the dark kappa.
