Description
An artificial human being created by Dr. Toujuurou Osakabe. She was the only survival of of 109 artificially created fetus and an asset of a superhuman mind. She was the one who created a new torpedo warhead that was said to be able to defeat the Fog. Sadly, she has to partake medicines to live on.
