Description

Another of the artificially enhanced Cyber-Newtypes produced by the Earth Federation's Augusta Newtype Lab. Gates isn't as powerful as Rosamia Badam, but neither does he suffer from the same kind of mental instability, and Augusta's scientists use him to control and stabilize the erratic Rosamia.
