Ryuuji Otogi

Description

Otogi is the creator of Dungeon Dice Monsters. He opens a rival game shop across the street from the Kame Game Shop. Yugi and Otogi become friends when Yugi bested Otogi at his own game, despite not knowing the rules beforehand.
