Description
Madoka's cousin, though Madoka refers to Youko as her sister. She is a marine archaeologist researching the Vox. She is a pillar of strength for Madoka and always supports her. She's also the former club president of the Jersey Club, whom inspired a young Madoka to follow her steps.
