She is the Gym Leader of Hearthome City's Gym, known officially as the Hearthome Gym, and hands out the Relic Badge to those who defeat her. An expert in Pokémon Contests, she usually competes in Master Rank Super Contests and is a member of the Ribbon Syndicate.
