A distinguished son of the Tomoe Foundation. He works as one half of Eve alongside Jun Sazanami. His typically flippant lighthearted attitude belies his mature and nurturing side. Talented and intelligent, eloquent and armed with surprising patience, Hiyori is a good teacher and takes naturally to playing the role of a mentor.
