Description
Bird-like byouken which was manifested from a young birdling. His abilities consists of a barrage of feaethers, windcutters, summoning powerful winddrafts and flying. Even though he is able to fly, Nebusokku has an ironic fear of heights and refrains from ascending too far up towards the sky.
