Description
Noike Kamiki Jurai is the adopted daughter of the devil princess of Jurai, Seto Kamiki Jurai. She is a first class detective in the Galaxy Police. She used to be the partner of Mihoshi Kuramitsu. Noike is also Tenchi's fiancee. In Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki 3, episode 6, it is revealed that Z is able to see through Noike's eyes. In Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki 3 Plus 1, female Kagato is extracted from Noike's body. She inhabited Noike's body because she wanted the chance to see Tenchi again.
