Description
He's the arcobaleno who sent his men to kill Tsuna. He has also participated to the creation of the boxes. His skill and knowledge as a scientist are top-class, as stated by Reborn in the anime. He lets nothing get in the way of his research and sometimes does ruthless acts for the sake of science.
