Foreman of the ink workshop who was asked by Myne about other types of ink in the anime adaptation. Note: He was supposed to be Bierce. Bierce didn't have a description of his appearance in the LN, moreover, the release of chapter 23 of the manga adaptation where Bierce is first shown was after the end of the second season of the anime adaptation.
