Shimako Kai

Description

Height: 160 cm (5' 3") Nationality: Japanese Affiliation: Japanese Imperial Royal Guard Rank: Cadet, 2nd Lieutenant TSF: Type-82A Zuikaku, Type-77 Gekishin Shimako is the eldest daughter of the Kai family, a Samurai family which is strict about tradition. She is usually calm and mild-mannered. At Yamayuri, Shimako becomes Yui's best friend, with them always go to and from school together. But sometimes she can act more like a subordinate to gain Yui's respect, rather than a close friend. Shimako had romantic feelings for her childhood friend, Yui. She knew that given their positions, she would never be able to admit these feelings. Before her deployment, she quietly bid her family goodbye and asked for their forgiveness. Thinking of Yui, she said that she would follow her anywhere regardless of whether her feelings were ever requited. She gazed longingly at her school uniform, forlornly wishing that those pleasant days would never end.
