Jeff Lumby is a Canadian actor and voice actor. He did some voice work for the English dub adaptation of the Sailor Moon anime series; his sister, Lisa Lumby-Richards, was a scriptwriter for the adaptation. Best known for being Winston Rothschild III in The Red and Green Show.
