Roman Torchwick

Description

Roman Torchwick is the cunning and charismatic leader of a band of thieves who operated in the city of Vale. He is a subordinate of Cinder Fall, who had given him the mission to steal all of the Dust in the city, and later, a business partner of the White Fang. He often works alongside his associate, Neopolitan. A robbery lead by Roman was thwarted by Ruby Rose at the beginning of the story and he developed a deep resentment towards her for this.
